Attune Menopause Care PLLC is housed within URBAN WELLNESS CHICAGO, which is located just north of the Damen Avenue Blue Line stop at Milwaukee, North, and Damen Avenues. The address is 1564 N. Damen Avenue. This is not a storefront. We are unit 207. The door to buzz us from is just north of the alley (a large sign for Collective dance fitness studio is hanging on the building above the door).

 

The building south of the alley is where Stan's Donuts is located. The ground floor of our building has two restaurants -- Paulie Gee's Pizza and Flash Taco -- and a Starbucks Reserve on the northern corner. We are across the street from Byline bank, Foxtrot, and a Yeti store. We are diagonal from Chase Bank.

 

If you are driving don't let parking worry you. It is usually pretty simple to find parking south on Damen and west on North Ave. There are often spots without meters and residential areas that don't require zone parking permits are available. Metered parking is available in the area as well.
